cleaning method:

1. Use a diamond grinding wheel to polish the belt during the production process.

2. The general grinding wheel should be removed for cleaning after 5-7 days of operation.

3. Acetone soak for 2 hours, then cleaned with imported cleaning agent, the effect is very good, but not environmentally friendly, not energy saving.

4. Cleaning requirements do not damage the diamond wheel.

Installation needs to know:

1. Inspect and identify internal cracks in the grinding wheel. With a hand-held grinding wheel, tap the grinding wheel with a wooden hammer to hear the sound, and the crack-free grinding wheel gives a crisp sound.

2. Check and identify the appearance of the grinding wheel. Use your eyes to see if the wheel is damaged (or has cracks).

3. Check that the grade of the grinding wheel is correct and that it meets the performance, shape and size of all selected grinding wheels.
